Dear Saurabh,
In the IT industry, PF, ESIC (even if you don't have employees whose gross is less than Rs10,000, you still have to file nil returns), Shops and Establishment, and your concerned state government welfare fund (e.g., MLWB - Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board) are basic laws, in addition to the Maternity Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc. I hope our seniors can provide further insights on this.
