Hi everyone,

I am working towards my MBA degree. For that end, I am doing a thesis on Organizational Change Management. I am stuck at how to develop the questionnaire. My concern is to be all-inclusive while not creating too many question items. Would anyone help in suggesting a general framework of the questionnaire? I mean major categories to be included. I would also be happy if you suggest specific questions.

Hi,

Where are you studying for your MBA and in what mode? Do you not have an academic guide? The best way to design a questionnaire is to conduct a literature survey and see what others have done, etc. Please see my posts on Research Methodology and MBA projects.
