I am restructing the present leave policy for the company,
I wanted to know if some one can tell me what are the leave rules as per the Shop Establishment Act for logistics / service industries

The bifurcation of EL/PL, SL & CL as per the act
latest amendments on maternity & paternity leave
or
EVEN YOU CAN GUIDE ME ON YOUR PRESENT LEAVE POLICY..........

The Leave Policy basically differs from company to company.
Ours is a service company, and we give:
SL - 6
CL- 6
PL/EL - 18 per year
Maternity leave - 12 weeks.
Comapany holidays - 10 per year
We are 5 days working.
If your company is 6 days working, then you can increase your CL and SL to 12 each.
