This is to bring to your notice that the company Novire Technologies situated in Mahpe, Navi Mumbai, has to be blacklisted in HR. The incident that happened with me is with the company is that I have been selected as a PL/SQL developer on 27-Jul-2009. As per their appointment letter, I have resigned from my current position on the same day, informing this company that it will take 1 month to join your company, as I had committed at the time of the interview. During this time, the company lost their project, and the management decided to stop hiring me. However, the company did not feel it was important to call me and inform me that they are not hiring me. On 26-Jul-2009, I called the HR and asked if I could join on 28-Aug-2009. The HR's response was that they had stopped hiring me, and their other explanation was that they did not have my number, so they did not call me. Therefore, I took back my resignation from my current company. I have evidence of the appointment letter. Please blacklist the company in HR hiring. Please provide me with the information to do so, as I have evidence with me.

Did you check with higher authority about the reason? Please check if this is the fault of HR or another department.
This is very bad, and I feel it's better if you take action. Map all types of industries from where you are hiring people and send an email to everyone advising them not to join this company. Request everyone to CC the mentioned email ID on the job portal. You can also forward this email to their client's HR and sales office to inform them about the client commitment and policy.
Additionally, mention this on Orkut, LinkedIn, and inform all your friends to forward it and CC the company HR.
This action may make their reputation known to everybody, and prevent such decisions in the future. You may send a scanned copy of your offer letter for proof.
Please note that these suggestions are subject to your decision. I have done this with BSNL and received positive results.
