Hi All,
I am working for an ITes company, and the recruitment process seems to be unsystematic. Our company is recruiting employees and at the same time losing employees. The reason for losing the employees is that the reference checks are done about 90 days from the time an employee joins. In that span of time, the employee would have completed the training and is on the floor. If the reference check is negative, the employee is asked to leave. In the process, the company is wasting a lot of money recruiting and training the employee. Again, the process of recruiting to make up for these employees starts.
Request all of you to provide your suggestions to streamline the process.

Hi,
I noticed that the reference checks are scheduled to be completed within 90 days. It is essential for HR to expedite the reference check process in order to efficiently identify suitable candidates who are a good fit for the organization.
Our current practice involves initiating reference checks as soon as we issue the offer letter to the candidate. This approach helps us save time during the training sessions.
I will explore additional ideas and promptly update you.
Thank you.
