I joined the forum a few days back, and it's indeed a great learning experience because of all of you. My problem is I need to prepare an induction manual and an induction plan for new joiners in our organization. I need your inputs for the same. Apart from that, I want to design a one-month OJT plan for newly joined operators. I need guidelines on how to start and what will be the effective procedure to record the same.
