Why only Bangalore, cant we rope in other cities too, make small groups in all cities, have live sessions, invite each other over....do it in a little large scale...come on lets. Sridhar what do u say?

Hi Shreya,
I think you are right shreya, its better to remiain in the forum than to make individual forums. This seems to be the sentiment of many cite members.
My intention was to create something for thr 'Training managers' coz this professional ,more than anyother, thrives on shared ideas and knowledge.
But looking at the mixed responses, i think i will stick to cite forum only.

I would recommend that this forum be effectively utilized by all This would help the Bangalore HR faternity and also matters can be de briefed to others also for their benefits.
