The goals for HR may comprise of the following:
Area: Recruitment
Goal 1: Reduce Recruitment cost by 10% compared to last year.
Goal 2: Fill in all vacancies within 60 days from the resource request approval, etc.
Area: Training
Goal 1: Prepare a Training Needs Analysis plan by the 1st quarter.
Goal 2: Prepare a Training calendar by the 1st quarter, etc.
You may also use the attached format to assign goals, measure them, and evaluate them.

To answer my questions:
Question no. 1: If a manager works overtime for an extra 8 hours, will they be eligible to take compensatory time off (C.OFF) or can it be forfeited by implementing C.OFF for the managerial category?
Question no. 2: Are there any administrative laws regarding the policy of encashing or lapsing earned leaves?
