PA is a complex subject and has o be designed according to the type of business or the type of people you are trying to access.e.g assessment in manufacturing industry will be different from accessing retail business employees.Also it depends much on category of employees you are accessing e.g SALES,ENGINEERING,COMMERCIAL employees will have o be accessed according to the duties they are expected to perform.One of the mthods of performance evaluation is by accessing achievements against set objectives(MBO),anothr is ccessing bhavioral expectations of a particular employee,his attitude etc.
It is ifficult to give you a entire procedure ovr this forum,but based on the tips i have given,you can develop suitable assessment forms on your own.it is vry interesting and challanging.
