I am an HR Executive in the Automotive Industry. Presently, I am working on the "Performance & Appraisal" System of my company. It has 250 employees and a turnover of 100 crores. Moreover, this is the very first time HR is going to start the Appraisal System. Please guide on different effective Appraisal Systems. Can a "360-degree" Appraisal System be converted into a "180-degree" Appraisal System? :confused:
