Dear Srishti,
It depends on a lot of factors, namely,
1. What your current profile is?
2. What is your profile going to be in the next organization?
3. What is your current salary structure?
4. what structure or slab do you fall under in the next organization?
5. Incase you are shifting locations, whether it is a metro or not?i.e city allowance
6. What kind of an organization are you moving to? Whether your past experience will help or you have to begin your learning curve again?
I guess these are some answers you will have to ask yourself.
Hope it helps and not confuse you further.
Regards,

Dear Srishti
I am an HR-Executive having my Hons in HR. I have completed my one year ov job in a Multinational Construction Company. Now i am searching jobs in Telecom Sector or FMCGS. I started with Rs. 12k/Month with no extra benefits an year ago. Now i have opportunity to join telecom sector with 32K/month with mobile, laptop & Family Medical. However i am getting 23k/month with B. Fund, Medical Allowance, 26 Earned Leave.
Now You can better judge the market situation here in Pakistan for HR-Executive. I am not aware of Indian Makret, as i am not exposed to that.
Best Regards
