I have recently joined as an HR in a BPO, and I don't have much knowledge about HR practices to be followed in a BPO. So, can someone kindly help me to know the following things:

1. How to reduce the attrition rate?
2. How to create a vibrant environment on the floor?
3. How to make their work interesting?
4. Which test module can be followed to check their knowledge and personality?

Kindly help me with the answers and provide me with any test module if you have.

 How to reduce the attrition rate?
 It is an organizational level effort. You might discuss it with your seniors and take up a project.
 How to create a vibrant environment on the floor?
 Start implementing Fish Philosophy (FISH! Philosophy :: Home) on the floor. Train the TLs and Managers on the same.
 How to make their work interesting?
 There work will always remain the same. You can’t do much about it. You can only give a better platform.
 Which test module can be followed to check their knowledge & personality??
 What is the objective behind administering any test? If I may know?
