In our company, we have a circular notice stating that wearing a helmet is mandatory for those who are riding motorcycles. However, it has been observed that many employees are not wearing helmets. What should we do?

Waiting for your reply.

Hi Desai,

You can collect a fine from them, but that won't be a long-lasting solution, I think. I don't know your circulation format, but just give it a try for this one...

Change the circulation from the perspective of a child or a wife. For example, a child eagerly expecting his father's return from his office. It will connect them to their family and make them realize the importance of wearing a helmet.

Hi.. can you please forward me the copy of that circular..as even my organization wants to start with one and for which even I’am searching for the appropriate format of helmet policy.

Infact, in our organization we are not allowing the associates without helmets , to park their vehicles in the premises. You can give a try to this as well. Regards, Chakravarthi
