This is my 18th year in the industry, and I intend to share my experience with you all. I am authoring about 25 articles in various international and national journals & magazines on strategic HR/IR and general management areas. I am currently working on a project related to authoring a book on HRM for MBA students, keeping in mind current industry practices and relevance in the Indian context. It is proving time and again that cut-and-paste management from international books does not work well here.
To enable me to reach different parts of India, I earnestly request you all to provide me with the syllabus of MBA - HRM from various Indian universities. I will start writing the book by mid-November '08 and thus need to complete the research on the tentative content of the book within one week. Any relevant inputs regarding design and style will be warmly welcomed.
I once again request you to provide me with all your courseware details of HRM specialization in MBA at the earliest. Thank you for your kind support.
