Hi Bhagya,
Can u tell me for which company is he working? and what made him to get selected for that company???? Though the language is funny, there are many people who are not not good at english but had excellent academic and other skills required to deliver the job at best.... so after reading this, I thought if the person is really working for Level 5 company with such english, then definetly he would become an inspirational story for others. May be he had learnt some skills which made him to reach that position... the reason could be anything.... but I request you to give me few more details that are asked at the beginning, if u have with you.
Anyways thanks for posting such letter... just trying to look the other side of the person...
