I have just started my career with a recruitement consultancy and have only 4 months experience in this industry. At moment i do recruit for logistic and insurance but i am looking for technical or IT Recruiter.
I am ready to work as a fresher for this particular IT domain. I would appreciate you if you guide me what i have to do for the same and please give some company and consultancy name which is handle only IT recruitments and recruit freshers.

Everyone says that SAP is growing and demanding field and you can get good salary in this field.Could you please tell me something about carrier in SAP and which one is better SAP or IT recruiter(US process). I am confused in both of these fields which one to chose.

At last finally i have seen this post. I am a HR Non-IT recruiter having 2 years of am looking for a job change as IT Recruiter. because there are so many vacancies available. my question is simple, whether i have to learn Java, Linux, .Net programs& other domains ? to become a IT recruiter in these domains??

i have done mba with hr and marketing.i tried to get job in companies as hr executive but i dint got any chance so i worked in recruitment firm for sept'13 to feb '14 then i left the job due to some personal i want to join any company as even hr trainee but i am getting jobs as recruiter in consulting firms.i want to join any corporate (not consultancies).please seniors,help me out i have to decide today because i have 1 job offer in consulting firm and i have to join from Monday . they are offering me low salary due to gap from feb to june in patna.please suggest that i should wait for any company or i should join that consulting firm????
