The following are the questions which you can ask for the Executive - HR Interview:
1) How does one conduct the TNI (Training Needs Identification)?
2) What are the provisions of Health, Safety, and Welfare under the Factories Act?
3) When can a strike be called illegal?
4) When can a Lockout be called illegal?
5) What is the Performance Appraisal process?
6) How does the recruitment process take place?
Once the panel members ask these questions to the candidate, they can easily evaluate the candidate's understanding of the basic concepts.
