Those are some really good HR policies. I am was working in a small IT company where there is no system of working and whatever policies are made have not been finalised. I worked in HR Dept and managed everything singlehandedly.
But now I have given my resignation and want to join a better company where there are proper rules and regulations. I got the policies posted by you in Part I and Part V of useful HR policies links. Can you please give the other policies links to me? It will be useful for me in framing policies in this new company and streamline the HR Dept.
