Hello All
For employee refreshments we have alternate month movie and dinner/lunch plans, we also have quarterly team lunch or dinner plans, gettos .
but now we would like to try out new things as dinner and movies has now become a routine kind and everybody is bored of it.
what else we can try ?

Hi Meghna,
Couple of things that you start off is to start a campaign to make the world a better place. your employees can volunteer to go to a old age home or take under previliged children to a nearby water park or something, the funding would be done by the firm and you can get in touch with NGO's in your area to assist you wiht the same.
I believe a good deed will make all their lives feel better.
