Here is the format for a worker's committee and a POSH committee:

Worker's Committee

The worker's committee is a group of employees elected by the workforce to represent their interests to the employer.
The committee typically has 5-15 members, and its composition should reflect the diversity of the workforce.
The committee's responsibilities include:
Discussing and resolving workplace issues
Communicating with the employer on behalf of the workforce
Raising concerns about health and safety
Promoting employee welfare

POSH Committee

The POSH committee is a committee that is responsible for preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.
The committee must consist of at least 4 members, including:
A presiding officer who is a woman employed at a senior level at the workplace
Two members who are employees of the workplace
One member who is from a non-governmental organization or association committed to the cause of women
The committee's responsibilities include:
Receiving and investigating complaints of sexual harassment
Taking appropriate action to address complaints
Promoting awareness of sexual harassment in the workplace
