dear veena biometric system is an advance technology for attendance sheet.
this will contain memory card which will store your in and out timings and total hours duty performed.
It can be updated monthly in company server.

Dear Madam,
The thumbs are recorded in the system and stored on the server.
Each thumb is assigned a number which is generated after doing some calculations of thumb which is different for everyone.
Whenever anyone puts his thumb on the system, system calculates the number as above process and sends the number to the server.The server checks the number with all the thumb records available on it and stored in number format.As the number gets matched the person is indentified by the system.
