Dear Seniors,
We are a small scale manufacturing comapny at Pune - Maharashtra .
In our company we are maintainging two difference registers for staff & workers
1) Staff Muster -Muster Roll Cum Wages Rgister Form 2 Rule 27(1) Maharashtra Minimum Wages 1963
2) Worker Muster - Wages Register 2A( Rule 5 Bombay Payment of wages Act 1937 ).
1) So can we use same register for both categories???
2) What is the importance & difference of both these register????

Dear Prashant,
I suggest that, please refer the Inspection Remarks sheet given by Lab. Off/Fac. Insp. Office. The empty forms will have all the must & should compliances. Hence thats the ultimate requirement.
