Being a supervisor, I don't think that the Labour department will entertain your grievance as an industrial dispute but if the salary involved is not more than Rs 24000, you can try following the Payment of Wages Act. Before initiating the same, please try to reach the Principals for whom the contraction is being done and sometimes, his involvement on the issue can solve it.
