Hi,
We need not make payment for 15th Aug as we do not know whether this employee will turn to work or not.
And to keep it more simple, have a simple rule to state that any un-authorised leave for more 10 days will be treated as the employee left the services. Though we cannot struck him from the roll, still we can impose discipline among such employees.

Dear Sir / Madam,
As you have written that more than 10 employees are absenting whole month of August continuously without any leave sanctioned, as per general views they are not entitled / eligible for Festival Leave whether it is National Festival or what so ever. You may see the state rules for references.

may be giving holiday because its decided all term and condition at a time of interview company hr head or company rule and offer latter all mention that like salary yearly holiday or national festival also mention that
but ur saying that ur a join as a hr assets so u are also eligible for all holiday after ur probation period.

Dear Yudha,
first of all i'm inform you that National Holiday means 23rd Jan.,26th Jan, 1st May, 15th Aug, & 2nd Oct. is applicable for all Shops & Establishment, so you are bound to provide your worker or Employee's. and festifal holiday it's depen at your company policies.

I have been working in Service industries as HR Now i have some doubt about that , my company 1 and more employees got a leave for 15 days of Jan -2018. So should I give national/festival holiday benefits to those employee also.if any senior can give a conclusion to my doubt?

We are register under Factories Acts Maharashtra Rules the rules does not stipulate about National & Festival Holidays) Act, 1958.

It does not matter whether the establishment is registered or unregistered. The question is whether the provisions are applicable or not. If the answer is affirmative, NFL are payable in accordance with the provisions laid down.
