Dear Mr. George,
Best of Luck.
Tips for Interview.
Being a HR Man, I hope you do not require any suggestions. However have some Tips.
Be Confident in your appearance and knowledge
Do not bluff or lie, as you may lose confidence
Be assertive in your answers
Be positive in your attitude
Be innovative in your ideas and transforming them to others
Be clear in your communications, so that the others should never be confused.
Be through with statutory Laws including recent amendments in ID Act, Workmen
Compensation Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, EPF Act etc.
PHASES OF RECRUIT, RETAIN AND RETIRE IS THE ROLE OF HR
One suggestion: Unless you know the answer perfectly, don't attempt, because normally questions will generate from your answers only.
Don't be nervous

Hi Ms. George,
I agree with most of them. As you have already handled such job role it should not be difficult for you to face an interview.
Questions related to employee relations, your decision making skills like give example of any critical situation which you have successfully handled in your past exp may be asked.
The key is to demonstrate your strengths effectively.
Best Wishes!

Hi Reshma,
Don't get demoralised over one interview - keep trying till you succeed. Don't ever give up.
Try a hundred times, your chances will go up. Every failure should make you better. Take it as a challenge
to keep improving yourself with every interview.
All the Best

hello friend
face the interview naturally. it is the your attitude, way to approach the problems, how you take it etc are important.
just oe advice - when you are in job try to be hungry - grab everything you come across, that is whether your subject or not observe, know the things, it will give you confidence.
in my days, i knew more about the production than the production people, that is not technically, the practical side of the same
so ask yourselves why? how? when? what? but not who? be careful abt this
good luck
