in case of office ref ur state shope Establishment Act. and in case of the Factory Refer factory Act 1948.
As per Factory Act the leave will be one day for 20 days worked 9 for adult) and one day for 15 days worked for young adult

Hi Pranita
As per factory act 1948, if any worker work at 240 day in calender yr he wl be eligible for leave as following
one day for 20 days worked, suppose any one work between 1 jan - 31 Dec 2009 min240 days he wl get the credit of leave @ 12 in his account in begining yr 2010. max accoumulation will be 30.
and for Sale and marketting firm pl refer the Shop & Establishment act in your state.

As per shops & Establishment Act there are 3 types of leave i.e 1)Privilage Leave (some time called Earned Leave or Annual Leave) 2) Casual Leave 3) sick Leave. for detail go thru. ur state Shops & Establishment Act.

as per the factories act the leaves are paid leaves and the employer needs to pay the employee during the period of leave also
