Hello All, Request you all to give me an idea for \"Flexi Time Policy\". We have decided to implement this policy to help our employees with work-life balance. Our office timings are 10.30 am to 7 pm. Best Regards, Aarti Talaviya.

Dear Aarti :
There could be various takes on flexi timings, you can take which ever is suitable for your organization -
1. You can give people to come and go at their will as long as they complete require hours per day say 8.30 hours in your case
2. You can allow people to come early and complete require hours and accordingly they can go early for e.g. 9 am to 5.30 pm and via verse for late coming and late sitting
3. You can ask employees to come at their timing or leave at their but they need to available in office for core hours for e.g. 12 noon to 5 pm and complete require hours
4. You can allow employee to go early/come late at day of requirement and remaining hours they can compensate on other days.
Similarly there are more ways, choose wisely and prepare proper procedure and guideline for same before making it official.
if require you can have trial run for some days.

Can any one please suggest Flexi timing policy.

We do follow two timings in practice 9:00 to 17:30 0r 9:30 to 18:00 hrs.

But this is not documented anywhere till now.
So I required to draft one Flexi timing policy.
