I have been asked to develop a Rewards and Recognition Plan . Can someone give some orientation, formats, guidelines, templates, etc? Thank you!

R&R programs are run by organisations to recognise & motivate top performers. First, you should have well defined performance metrics (production numbers, quality of work, attendance, helping others etc). Once, you know your performance categories & have relevant data you can identify top performers & reward them with certificates, prizes etc in company/department townhalls. How do you do it is entirely dependent on your budget. You can further search this topic on google.

Hi
Hope this is useful. The "what" to award is the easy part. Most important step for a R&R program is that it must be aligned to your company's Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
