Dear Mr. Nssprakash
It depends on your company leave policy because some companies don't allow to avail leave during notice period so you follow your leave policy. If it is possible as per your organization leave policy to allow the employee(s) avail leave i.e. SL or CL you can allowed him otherwise you can make him LOP for that period when he was on leave.

Dear all;
All people are talking in a different way but you are going in front of employer than they are demanding for proof. Here I advise that if you are confirmed with compliance than you have to and. According to shop act employee can take leave during in his/her notice period and no any employee or HR Denied for it.

My notice period is 1 month.i serve 10 days then i take leaves on medical ground during the period and again serving notice period. according to MC i need 3 week rest but as i commited to join after 1 week to handing over some cash accounting & others. Cash accounting is almost complt rest of work updation is going on but i dont want to serve more now the co threading me to not clr my due and also not receiving exp during tour.how can i manage? pls advice and what type of action may taken from both side?
