JOB RESPOSIBILITY

Head Hunting : Source the candidates , organize and conduct

interviews. Assist management in searching excellent staff for future

recruitment needs. Develop and maintain a bio-data bank for the

company. All staff recruitment activities.

HR/ Personnel Policies : has to amend / implement HR policies to suit

the organizational requirements.

HRD budget preparation, HRD documentation and systems development and

ensuring compliance

Appraisal : Performance appraisal for various levels, Fitment of job.

Competency analysis.

Training & Development: Overall responsibility for technical and

behavioral training for the Organization. Designing program & Training
