hi everyone!
im a student of mba 3rd sem i have taken hr as major and marketing as minor sunjects .well its time for me to choose a topic for final research project and im thinking of choosing RETENTION OF EMPLOYEES as my topic it is still not decided as i have to consult my projct head but i need ur suggestion weither or not i choose this topic and some help regarding this topic if in case i choose it waiting for ur replies....

gret to know that you have chosen Hr as ur major ... and the topic retention of employees is a real good one cos it focuses on the current burnin issue of retaining employees and reducing on attrition levels ...infct i did a similar project where i focussed on the BPO sector and drafted my report ...probably u shud read the book Turn the tide on retention .... i am sure it would help

attrition is a real concern for every industries( mainly IT & ITES). If you are doing your project on retention strategy then it will be an advantage for you in future. But you should do your project sincerely. Not CCP. Because you can get lots of material from internet. According to me the real value addition in MBA is during this project duration.

first of all let me clarify your doubt. CCP is cut, copy and paste from different sites which is very frequently used as means to complete the projects by students. so instead of going for CCP you should work hard on your project to add value to your knowledge. i had also done a project on the same topic during my third semester. It was done basically for BPO industry since attrition is a severe problem in BPOs. it was a nice learning. If you want any help you can anytime ask me
