Good question.
Every companies gives different type of CTC's it is not one fixed figure you can find the HR Manager even CTC from 2.5 lacs till 15 lacs, MNCs pays high manufacturing industries pays little low & BPO/IT/Call Centre pays 6 to 10 lacs, Construction/Service sector pays Normal. there is no any creteria for CTC. Further, you can save their tax through various reimbursement like Car Maintenance, Medical, LTA, Driver, Unifrom all, Books & Periodcals, Resi. Telephone, entertainment exp. etc. etc. However, the FBT will be deducted on that but it is not equalent to the TDS deductions i.e. if TDSis 30% it should approx 6% but all reimbusement they should submit the proper bills & has to maintain the records.
Thanks

Dear,

Every company gives different type of CTC's; However it depends on various factors: -
1. How expensive is that person & how worth that person is?
2. Normal hike of 20-25% in his/her current CTC.
3. What experience & what difference he/she can bring into the organisation.

Every one has his/her own way of deduction of tax let them decide what could help them in reimbursements to save their tax.

Should you require any further information or assistance, I shall remain available at all times.

Thanking you, and best regards.
