They deduct 10% of Tax from my fees. The agreement is for 1 year may be cancelled with 1 month notice from both side. there is no other facility.Is the term ok?

It looks like you are appointed as an employee but in disguise of consultant in order to avoid paying you other benefits that an employee generally gets along with rights.
If you are comfortable, go ahead.

Do you want to say 60 plus. Also, the agreement is perfectly legal, if you are ok with it, you can go ahead.

if woman employee goes on maternity leave and during the maternity leave she is given a resigned from her current duties. my query is if employer is liable to pay maternity benefit for same day.

Termination of service during the maternity leave would amount to illegal termination.
