Can anybody send me the latest notification / gazettee realesed by ESIC stating that construction companies locating at site / projects in rural areas are exempted from ESIC purview...?

There is notification realised from government. but one provision is there if ESI Dispensary is not available up 18 of that perticular site then u have the exemption from ESI but u must show the Medical safty for the employees.

I agree with Shri Siharsha Y. You can ask for WC in that case or ensure better medical facilities / insurance.

Find attached herewith the notification from ESIC clearlify that the ESIC is not applicable on Construction Industry. Moreoever please if ESIC is asking for contricbution that get it clear from the ESIC department whether the area is covered or not.

I am Arun Singhal working as Personnel Manager. In appointment letter, it is stated that either 30 days notice or in lieu 30 days pay is to be paid / deducted in case of resignation / termination. What shall be deducation if basic pay is Rs 6800/- and gross salary is 12000/- pm.
