Hi Chumti,
I'm Pavan, an MBA graduate from Hyderabad. I understood your question. I have gone through the Infosys Case Study. Infosys has taken several Knowledge Management initiatives so as to educate their employees about various methodologies/steps used while undertaking the projects. It is also been highlighted that senior officials/project managers/VP level officers share their experiences to the junior & middle management through workshops/seminars, etc. I assume that case study is sufficient for preparing the ppt.
I can provide further assistance/support, if you require as part of the preparation of Ppt. or for your academic project.

Hi Pavan/ Chumuti,
You can also read this book about leadership in Infosys.
The rise of Infosys as a Software Giant is not accidental. It is a well thought plan executed meticulously by Mr. Murthy and group ... They build a solid company on honest principles, empathetic relations with employees and sharing of wealth with all stake holders.

Hi Avantika,
Thanks for the information about the book - 'Leadership at Infosys' written by Matt Barney. We can learn a lot from the Software Giant - Infosys. It has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 1981. Many young techies dream of joining this company after completing their studies.
