Please anyone provide me with a Bare Act of Tamilnadu Shops and Establishments Act,1947. I have a doubt whether this Act will apply to the persons working as agents in Direct To Home (DTH) service providers and sales representatives.

DTH employee is under a telecom company. i dont think it is covered under Shops and Establishments Act. However if the organisation is providing only DTH service. Then this act is applicable. As per TRAI telecom is a central act and it is covered under CLA (Contract Labour Act)
