Our some new comer minimum wages employees not agree to deduct PF & ESI and also ready to submit in written. Please suggest me that deduction is must or not.

1.Sir, statutory provisions like ESI & EPF are compulsory in nature and are required to be complied with. In case any income tax payee will submit an application to his drawing and disbursing officer (DDO) not to deduct income tax from his salaries without any valid reasons, I think said DDO will never agree.
2. Non-compliance of any statutory provisions will result into prosecutions under said Acts.

PF & ESI are statutory obligations which are required to be abided, it is not of choice that the employee has to choose for.
