i've recently joined in H.R.D in a hotel, so, can anyone tell me that "in a hotel industries how many gazetted holidays and P.L should be given to employees, and if admin. is nt. giving that, then what other benefit or solution, org. may give to their employees behalf of it?"

Dear sir, Thanx for your precious suggestion, but my hotel is not in Delhi it is in Alwar (Raj.), so, is it same for Alwar also ?
