In Search Of recruitment process outsourcing agency....

I am a MBA student and as apart of my curriculum I am doing my major project on RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING (RPO).

I have posted my problem but is not getting response. I am in a srus problem. Plz if u all could help me out i would be greatful. I have chosen the topic but is not able to contact any such RPO firm. I am again telling u all about my project.

RPO refers to a process in which an organization gives all or part of its recruitment activities to third party vendors. In my project titled “RECRUITMENT PROCESS OUTSOURCING: AN EMERGING FACET” I have to identify an RPO agency and study the following –

Ø To have an orientation of Recruitment Process Outsourcing-- its processes, structured methodology, importance, benefits, and manner of integration of people, process and technology.
This RPO agency has its own client organizations. I have to take two of these or if possible, more than two and study the following –
Ø To examine the breadth of services available and the degree to which organizations outsource and to know what are their experiences/successes to date.
Ø To analyze gap between traditional recruitment system and Recruitment process outsourcing within the organization.

For, the purpose of above study I would be preparing questionnaires and also personally visit RPO agency and its client organization.
If anybody could suggest me such an RPO agency in and around Delhi region where I can fulfill my study objectives. Personally I don’t have any such sources and is seriously stuck in a problem. So, anybody could help me in getting through such an agency to collect data and as well as provide me assistance in getting data from its client organization.

in delhi, you can try for nehru place, there are many placement and outsorcing companies, or in kalkaji area, peopleone consultancy is there which is into manpower outsourcing, another is core corporate solutions which is into the same.

see, you may face their refusal to allow u but then prepare to tell some benefits that they may get by your research.....

RPO is not yet caught on in a big way in India yet. many companies prefer to have an inhouse HR person/ dept. to handle recruitment. Sometimes they outsource a part of their process if the intake is large & continuous ( as in the BPO/ call center industry).
there are organizations who completely outsource their recruitment . this would happen if :

1. They dont have the experience or the knowhow ie, they are not too sure of how to recruit. this could be because the promoters have little or no experience in the industry or They could be venturing into a new industry ( I handled the reqirements of one such company in Goa last year. )

2. They have the experience or the knowhow , but not the time or manpower.

From what i know it is happenning but in the nascent stage.
