I have one doubt, my company has lost its PF registration certificate. And now I have to apply for duplicate PF registration certificate, kindly give me the letter format and to whom I need to submit in Labour Office. Do they charge anything for this..??

@Reena take a print out of Form 5A from ECR portal it is similar to Registration Cerficate for any purpose

In case of number of employees is less than 20 and Employer & Employees wishes to take benefits of provident fund, then Voluntary provident fund registration is applicable along with the consent of all the existing employees.
