List & Format of Joining Documents

Usha Bhandari Started The Discussion:

Dear All,

Iam doing some part time recruitment/hr activity for a startup company. I require the list & the format of joinig documents ie., what are the documents should we collect from the candidates on the first day and also the documents & forms we are suppose to give (as a company) to the new joinee. Also may be there are some forms what we should get signed by the new joinees.

I request, if any one can help with this list and the format of these forms & letters.

Thanks,
Usha

@Amit jii, I have to take original copies or xerox copies. And after I join a company, will the documents (in case of original) be returned to me ?
