Iam doing some part time recruitment/hr activity for a startup company. I require the list & the format of joinig documents ie., what are the documents should we collect from the candidates on the first day and also the documents & forms we are suppose to give (as a company) to the new joinee. Also may be there are some forms what we should get signed by the new joinees.
I request, if any one can help with this list and the format of these forms & letters.
we collect from the candidate
0. Bio data
1. 10th certificate
2. 12th/graduation-qualification documents
3. id and residential proof copy
4. resignation/relieving letter of previous employer.
5. passport size photo
6. age proof certificate (10th class certificate is enough for age proof)
at the time of new joinee,plz fill up the follwing documents.
1. joining report
2. joining form
3. Bio-data form.
4. Form no.-11 (for pf declaration)
5. Form-F (for gratuity nominee)
6. Form-2 (rev) -for pf nominee.
we suppose to give:-
1. offer letter-wn we select candidate then we have to issue offer letter and take the receiving copy from candidate.
2. when candidate join the company then we hav to issue appointment letter after one month of the joining date.

I have heard that there are some forms like employment agreement, some confidentialy form, Information security form etc also have been given to the new joinee & the company get that signed.
Kindly let me know you have any idea on that or any format.
Employment agreement means Bond (Service bond).
