Warning/Showcause Letter - Showcause Notice

Dear Sir one of my employee absenting himself unauthorizedly but not continuos basis. I mean 8 or 9 absent in each month. he has received oral warning, but he is absent again since three days without any formal information to management. So i want to write a letter warning letter to him. Please tell me any format.

Depending upon the micondact you can give showcause notice and explanation and issue the warning letter. Or issue advisory and warning letter. Model is attached herewith for your reference and records

we out sourced our security service, one company is continuously not following agreement conditions, i wd like to send show cause then terminate the service, is it viable to issue show cause to a out sourced company ? ios there any rule, whom i can issue , whom i not.
