I am presently an MBA student and opted HR as my specialization for the current semester. Interested to do research in HR area which is very challengeable and wide area. So i require your help to start my research in the same area.

Request you to provide with some different HR Topics which would help the concern to adopt at the time of my completion of the research.

but chose such topic, which has current relevance and whre industries are feel interested.

the topics may be:

competency mapping
balanced scorecard
performance management
quality of worklife
employee attitude survey
HRD climate
training needs analysis
team building etc.
