Respected Seniors,
I am working in a very reputed group in the a capacity of Unit Head HR and Administration and designated as Dy Manager HR and Admin, The question is I have been apointed on a probation of Six Months in Nov 2009. My probation period is over but till date i have not recieved any letter of confirmation or any adverse report as such, also there has been no intimation to me whether i need to improve in any field, where I may be lacking in the eye of managemnt. In Company policy, it has been mentioned that no automatic confirmation is affirmed. May I know what should I understand by this act of my management. can anyone help me in this regard.
Regards
Yash

Hi Yash,
You can ask it directly from your seniors in the company, there is no harm in it.
If the clause in the appointment letter says nothing about automatic confirmation, you can remind your boss once.
Its been long since 2009, you should have asked for the letter long back.
DIscuss the matter on priority as it may create hindrance in future.
Regards,
Archna

Dear Archanahr,
I had asked about my confirmation and sent several mails to my immediate boss and his boss too. but so far there has been no reply. they all just keep quite on the issue. kindly guide me what should be my next step of action. I think company is using me as scape goat as there has been very labour issues and I had sorted out them with the help of my personal approach to political leaders. otherwise it has become very difficult to survive for other person here at the place. i request you to kindly guide me on the issue.
regards
Yash
