Hi,
There is a day overlapping in my first company reliving date and second company joining date. The reliving date on the first company and joining date on the second company is same. Is there any legal issue or will create any bad mark for my background check for my next company. I am planning change the company now.
Please advice me...
Thanks,
Ravi

Hey, How it could be possible. Your reliving date means u r present in that company and at the same time u r present in another company. How the new company where u joined not taken any objection.

My old company was in day shift and the new company its a night shift. Thats why the overlapping has come. Is it will be a serious issue in my new company (going to join another company)??

Dear Ravi,
It may not be any concern now but i could be when you join some other company and they find out about this dual employment.
It is better to get your joining date extended by a day or so. Just have words with your HR people and bring the same in their kind perceive.
thanks & regards,

Dear askques1984
It does seem strange; but it is PERFECTLY LOGICAL and TRUE !!!
You were relieved at the end of the day shift in previous organization and joined in the night shift in the other.
Please DO NOT CHANGE WHAT IS TRUE.
Let others 'learn" about things beyond what they are familiar with, beyond the confines of "Not Invented Here"; providing them some "food for thought" and an excercise for the under-utilised brain.
Warm regards.
