Dear Pooja,
Recently saw a policy for woman in one of INdia s corporates.
embarassment policy:
Any female complaining of discrimination, or unaccepted behaviour with her against any person The policy says an enquiry comprising of her HR and special commitee specially designated for this purpose with equi gender ratio in the comittee would take place and if found guilty would lead to termination of his/her service in the organisation.
Corporates are yet to decide on the work from home policy for nursing mothers which would increase the productivity of the company since as some one said a lot of talent is lost there.
No Woman is supposed to work late nights unless required or working in night shifts else her manager would be questioned for her reason staying late by the HR
Dress Code For Ladies
Dress Code: Indian Formal or western formals
Friday Dress Code: Indian Casuals western casuals with the corporate etiquette.

Hi friends,

In my opinion policies for women should be framed keeping in consideration all their day today problems. Some policies are as follows:

1)Immediate actions should be taken against any person related to any kind of harassment to the women employees. So that the turnover rate of women employees can be minimised to a large extent.

2)All the details of the women employees complaining against any person should BE kept confidential for her safety & esteem purposes.

3)The working hours for the women employees should be flexible and they should be provided assistance wherever needed at the work place. At the same time they should beprovided with certain targets that shouldbefinished within time so the organizations ' business can run smoothly.

4)They should be provided with some maternity bonus along with maternity leave. It will be an added privilege.

5)The pick and drop facilities should be maintained properly and the women employees after evening hours should definitely be accompanied with a male counterpart and the dropping spots should be aligned accordingly so that the women employee is not the last in the cab .

Thank u

Hi friends,
Womens should be treated alike. There should be a policy which is even to one and all. There should be no partiality among womens which demotives the female who is not given importance or who is not recognised. Some measures / polices to be followed to treat every female alike
