Hi Nitya, If an employee gets confirmed is it a must that their remuneration also should get revised . Please help me in this regard . Regards, Mamatha

Nitya and Niranjan, Thanks for your help. Also need a clarification on what Mamatha has asked; Should there be a salary hike along with confirmation?

Hi, It is not that you have give him a salary hike while you confirm his services,if you have promised to hike his salary after confirmation then you have to give him a hike. Regards, Niranjan
