I have joined a new organization comprising four thousand employees with 40 branches all over india.Here the payroll process is totally different since i do not have experience in payroll process i need to know what are all the steps will be taken is an organization for the payroll process (except attendance) how the input can be taken..:(except collecting attendance sheet and calculation) and other steps.Im into the recruitment, payroll and the exit formalties..Expecting your precious input for my development.
