I have joined a new organization comprising four thousand employees with 40 branches all over india.Here the payroll process is totally different since i do not have experience in payroll process i need to know what are all the steps will be taken is an organization for the payroll process (except attendance) how the input can be taken..

except collecting attendance sheet and calculation) and other steps.Im into the recruitment, payroll and the exit formalties..Expecting your precious input for my development.
