Hi,
FOr sake of project report the all bove info sent by various persons is ok. But in reality, while framing salary structure in today's competative world following points need to consider.
1) Geographical location.
2) Applicable Minimum wages as per Payment of Minimum Wages Act.
3) Requirement of Manpower and availability of required skill set in the area.
4) Comparative data of salary structure of various categories in similar industry.
