Hi Aruna, I really appreciate your post on `Potential Appraisal`. In my opinion, very few organizations do it as a systematic approach adopted in the whole organization, to identify, nurture and groom the talent, as a part of retention and career planning strategy. Some enterprising managers do follow that. If you can really add some actual `potential apparaisal` methodolgies followed by some of the organizations ( real life practices) , it would indeed be a great value addition to your post .
